Dear Parents of Fountain Woods School Instrumentalists,

For your convenience, listed below are the dates and times for our instrumental music department’s upcoming winter concert rehearsal and performance.

2013 Winter Concert Schedule:

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 Dress Rehearsal:

Where:  Burlington Township Performing Arts Center

Report Time/Place:  approximately 8:45 a.m. in the cafeteria

Attire:  white Burlington Township Music Department shirts/black pants or LONG black skirts, black socks/stockings and black DRESS shoes.  No Sneakers!

What to Bring:

Instruments

Music

Folders

Reeds, Valve Oil or other accessories for your instrument

Work to do while waiting to rehearse

Bagged lunch to school

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 First School Assembly

Where:  Burlington Township Performing Arts Center

Report Time:  11:00 a.m. (we will remain in the Performing Arts Center after our rehearsal)

Assembly Begins:  11:15

Attire:  White, Burlington Township Music Department Polo Shirt, black pants or long black skirt, black socks/stockings and black DRESS shoes.  No sneakers!

What to Bring:

Folders

Reeds, Valve Oil or other accessories for your instrument

Something to do while waiting to perform. 

We will be having lunch after this assembly.  Don’t forget to bring a lunch to school that day!

Assembly Begins:  1:15

Thursday, January 24, 2013 Evening Concert

Where:  Performing Arts Center

Report Time:  5:45 to the BTHS Cafeteria (behind the PAC)

Concert Begins:  6:30 pm

Attire:  White Burlington Township Music Department polo shirt, black pants/long black skirt, black socks/stockings, black dress shoes.  No Sneakers!

What to bring:

Instruments

Folder

Music

Something to do while waiting to perform

Reeds, valve oil or other accessories for your instrument

*Ipods, Game Boys and other electronic devices may be brought at your own risk*

This concert should be over by approximately 8:00 p.m.  Please stay for the duration of the performance.
